The progress of a country depends upon perfect equilibrium of government, business and society. The business houses have to operate in compliance of laws of the land and within socially accepted norms. The processes and procedures that help them in doing this are collectively called Corporate Governance.

We @ Gopedia are a team of Corporate Governance Professionals, comprising of Company Secretaries and Advocates, have been helping business entities in achieving the aforesaid objective and in turn in the country’s progress. We believe that the best way to get noticed is to do Quality Work when providing our services to clients and have been passionately working on the same for several years. In many instances we have helped them come out of their major problems by ensuring that they are within framework of law, which has been our hallmark, and one of the major reasons for being able to retain majority of our clients over years.

We @ Gopedia believe that the strength lies in Unity among Diversity, a philosophy enshrined in the Constitution of India. Taking a cue from the same, we @ Gopedia work in 3 teams, viz., Jana, Gana, Mana. These teams become an integral part by providing specialized services in their assigned areas.
