CONSENT & UNDERTAKING

2. the services provided by the Professionalare purely in the nature of advice.
3. the manner and means by which the Professional chooses to complete the services are in his sole discretion and control and his obligations shall be conditioned upon receiving such information and cooperation from me as may be reasonably necessary to perform the services.
4. the Professionalwill use his skill and experience in corporate law matters as well as industry knowledge to provide suitable advice to me.
5. in consideration of services being offered by the Professional, I agree to pay professional fee as mentioned at the time of booking this slot.
6. I will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce or create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the information or knowledge shared by theProfessional, in whole or in part.
7. the information that is provided by the Professionalis his exclusive property and I shall not divulgeor disclosethe same to any person or institution.
8. the Professionaldid not represent, warrant, undertake or guarantee that the use of his guidance will lead to any specific outcome or result.
9. the Professionalwill not be liable in respect of any business losses, including without limitation, loss of or damage to income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, profits, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
10. the services offered by the Professionalare purely advisory and recommendatory in nature and I am not bound by such advice and am not entitled to make any claim, of any nature whatsoever, contending to the contrary.
